I’m a writer, previously working in film and television criticism. Most of my output was on Culture Whisper, where I was the TV / Cinema Editor for over three years.

I grew up in a small town in Kent and absorbed a lot of films, books, TV shows and video games. Though I continued writing prose as a hobby, I decided to study for a BA (Hons) degree in Film Production and Cinematography at Bournemouth University—graduating with First Class Honours in 2017. Now, I live and work in London.

My writing has appeared in Culture Whisper, The Quietus, HeyUGuys, The Upcoming, and UK Film Review. I like pretty much everything: from arthouse delights to (some) brilliant blockbusters. However, I tend to prefer darker, dreamier flavours like those provided by David Lynch and Haruki Murakami. I’m also re-immersing myself into fantasy literature, especially modern romantasy books (ACOTAR, Crescent City, Fourth Wing, etc.)

I still write fiction, and I’m currently working on a novel.
